Successful projects generally require:

Typically, everything starts with the client’s desire to create or change something. We help to specify requirements and dimensions, create an initial vision, and visualize it in 3D. After that, the work progresses with 2-3 options based on the requirements and ideas, from which the client chooses a direction to proceed with. The process is then repeated together with the client until the final result is perfectly suitable for them down to the details.
We base our work processes on our principles, which include sensibility, simplicity, efficiency, user-friendliness, sustainability, and environmental friendliness.
For example, we find it entirely sensible if You can save 5m2 of unnecessarily wasted space in an average 120-140m2 house due to an inefficient spatial solution. Considering the cost per square meter in construction, this amounts to savings well over €10,000 at today’s prices, not to mention the reduced heating costs during the operational period.
In our work, we use industry-standard software and modern communication solutions, enabling successful collaboration even with clients located at a distance.
